Capital Region Scottish Rite Charities Golf-A-Thon

Brothers,

I am writing to you today to ask for you to pick
up your golf clubs and golf for our local
Scottish Rite Charity.  I serve with several
other Brothers in the Valley of the Hudson on
the Board of the Capital Region Scottish Rite
Charities Corp. Our Charity embraces one of our
sacred Masonic duties: to care for worthy and
distressed  Master Masons, their Widows and
Orphans.

You can join us in this cause and assist us by
pledging to play a round of golf anytime during
the week of September 21 - 27 at the golf course
of your choice.  We ask that you play and sign
up sponsors to pledge 50 cents or more per hole
that you play that week (you can be a sponsor
too). Help empower us and yourself by
participating in this unique event.

It's kind of like a Walk-a-thon - but instead
it's a Golf-a-thon - go to this link to sign you
and your sponsors up:

If you are a Non-Golfer you can help too!  You
can contact me to sponsor my golf round for a
set amount per hole that I play that week; You
can just Sponsor a hole for $100; You can
procure Hole Sponsors for us; You can purchase a
50/50 ticket at $5.00 each (Drawing is on
September 27 at 6pm); Or you can call or write
me and ask what you can do to help. My telephone
# is (845) 524-4508 - or you can email me at
michaelrsiegel@mac.com

There has never been a better time to be a
Mason, and there is no greater cause in Masonry
than expressing how you care for your fellow
Brothers.  When the chips are down it is good to
have the resource of the rapid help we can
provide. I personally thank you for reading this
message and your consideration of this worthy
fraternal endeavor.

With Fraternal & sincere regards,

Br. Michael R. Siegel, 32nd, DSA
